Ayam Panggan Khas KLATEN

Material:
1 chicken, cut into 4 parts
400 ml coconut milk
2 bay leaves
3 cm galangal, dimemarka
50 grams of brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt

Spices:
8 red onions
5 cloves garlic
7 grain walnut
1 stalk lemongrass

Directions:
1. Boil coconut milk with bay leaves, galangal, salt, brown sugar, ground spices until boiling.
2. Enter the chicken pieces and cook until absorbed.
3. Bake the chicken while dioles spices until dry and cooked.
