Palu Mara

Ingredients:
3 tail tuna, clean, cut into pieces
1 handful of tamarind, star fruit acids may also
1 tablespoon turmeric powder
10 pcs cayenne pepper
1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
Basil to taste
Brown sugar to taste
3 pcs red onion, thinly sliced​​, fried
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced​​, fried
Salt and flavorings to taste

Method:
1. Fish that had been cleaned put dipanci and add enough water to fish submerged.
2. Make tamarind juice from tamarind handful. Add the fish water, include turmeric, brown sugar to taste pieces, whole chili, lemongrass, basil, salt and flavorings (if necessary).
3. Cook until boiling.
4. Red onion and fried garlic that has been inserted into the fish pallu mara, along with fried oil about 1-2 tablespoons.
5. Ready to eat.
