A rainbow cake

The cakes are so far that we usually eat may suda usual. There are new suggestions can be tried nyang all my friends. Interesting and also think that certainly did not disappoint. Tried yes!

The ingredients:
800 ml coconut milk from 1 coconut
1 teaspoon essences for the color purple taro
¼ teaspoon pasta banana Ambon
¼ teaspoon vanilla
1 sheet of pandan leaf
200 grams granulated sugar
100 grams of flour hunkwe
a sprinkling of grated coconut to taste

How to Make it:
1. Stir the coconut milk and sugar until sugar dissolves. Hunkwe Add the flour and stir well.
2. For the dough into 3 parts, each added essences taro, pasta banana Ambon for red and white with the rest left to add vanilla.
3. Cook the batter purple while stirring until thickened, pour into loaf pan 11 × 22 cm high 7 cm dialas spread with oil and plastic. Set aside.
4. Cook the white batter, stirring until thickened. Pour over batter purple, smooth.
5. Cook the red batter, stirring until thickened, pour over white batter, smooth. Last steam again the cake for 25 minutes or until cooked through. Once cool, remove from pan and cut into pieces. Decorate pandan leaves and coconut topping.
