Nasi Rawon Semarang

 

Ingredients:
500 grams of beef tetelan
Segment ½ galangal, smashed
1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
3 lime leaves
Edible oil to taste

Spices that are:
5 pieces kluwek, take it
8 spring onions
4 cloves garlic
2 pieces of red chilli
1 cm ginger
1 cm coriander
Salt to taste
And a little tamarind paste

Complement: White rice, Empal meat, eggs, crackers, shrimp and bean sprouts and chili sauce

Directions:
Cleaned beef, diced
Heat oil and sauté ground spices, galangal, lemon grass lime leaves until fragrant.
Insert the meat, add water 1 ½ liters. Cook until meat is tender and the spices to infuse. When the sauce is reduced, add that it remains 1 ½ liters.
