Palu Basa

Ingredients:
500 grams beef brisket

1 teaspoon tamarind + 50 ml water
2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
3 cm galangal, crushed
4 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
3 1 / 2 teaspoon sugar
4 tablespoons cooking oil
200 grams of an old half-shelled coconut, grated coarse, roasted until
tanned and then mashed
5 pieces of orange leaves
2 pieces of pandan leaf
Spices:
8 cloves shallots
3 cloves garlic
2 stalks lemongrass
1 teaspoon coriander
1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
3 cm galangal

Directions:
1.Rebus meat until tender. Remove meat and cut into the box
2 cm. Take kaldunya 1500 ml. If the amount of broth is less, add enough water until 1500 ml.
2.Tumis ground spices until fragrant. Add pandan leaves, lime leaves, lemongrass, galangal and cook until wilted.
